How to reschedule or cancel a class booking or Foot Health Assessment?Updated 2 months ago

We understand that plans can change! Here’s how to manage your class or consult booking:

 

Rescheduling

  • At this time, appointments cannot be rescheduled directly through the Momence platform.

  • To reschedule, please contact our team at [email protected] and we’ll make the changes for you.


Cancelling

You can cancel your appointment yourself through Momence, either on mobile or desktop:

From Mobile (App):

  1. Open the Momence app and log in.

  2. Go to Upcoming Appointments.

  3. Tap the red Cancel button next to the session you’d like to cancel.

From Desktop (Website):

  1. Log in to Momence.

  2. Navigate to My Classes or My Appointments.

  3. Use the dropdown menu next to your booking and select Cancel.


Important Notes

  • Please review your confirmation email for cancellation policies.

  • Refunds may not be available if cancellations occur outside the allowed time frame.
